We have received the occupancy permit for stage II of Rezydencja Zegrze!

We have just received the occupancy permit for Stage II of Rezydencja Zegrze, which means that future residents can now receive keys to their dream homes with a lake view and still take advantage of the relaxed, holiday-like atmosphere of Zegrze.




We are really happy! Congratulations to the new homeowners, and a big thank you to our construction team for the outstanding completion of the project!




Good news for those who haven’t visited yet: you can still choose your apartment. We have several finished units available, ranging from compact one-bedroom apartments to spacious condominiums with a mezzanine and a free parking space in the garage.
