She graduated from the Cracow University of Technology with a degree in general construction. She also completed her studies in business management at the Helena Chodkowska University of Law, a postgraduate program in project management, and an MBA in leadership and coaching.
She values teamwork, open communication, and active engagement. She serves as a mentor in numerous development programs, supports young talent, and actively promotes education.
