The Konwiktorska Residence development is entering its final stages. Construction progress clearly indicates the project's approaching completion.

Thanks to favorable weather conditions, facade work is nearing completion. The building's final appearance is already visible, emphasizing the prestigious nature of the development and the high quality of the materials used. Work is also underway on installing stoneware tiles and balcony glazing on the west and north sides, as well as finishing work in the common areas. Installation of entrance doors to the apartments has begun, and internal installations are nearing completion.

In the coming weeks, interior finishing work is scheduled to be completed, as well as landscaping of the surrounding area. A green patio will be created in the courtyard, and a fitness area for residents is also planned.

Each successive stage brings the development closer to the handover of the apartments, which is scheduled for the summer of 2026.
