The Home Factory project has reached another significant stage of implementation. Phase 5 of construction – the shell – has been completed in full compliance with the approved schedule.

The completion of the building's structure marks the transition to the next phase of the project, focused on interior work. Installation and finishing work is currently underway, including electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems. Work is being carried out in both the residential units and the underground garage.

Concurrently, preparations for the development of the project site have begun. Work is underway on the construction of a fire escape within the internal road of the estate.

Further stages include facade work and the finishing of common areas inside the building. Development of the surrounding area will also continue, ensuring that the final surroundings of the building meet high aesthetic and functional standards.

Construction is progressing according to schedule, and each subsequent stage brings the project closer to completion and the handover of the units to future residents. Keys will be available for collection during the summer holidays.
