The Zegrze Residence project has reached another significant milestone. In January, we completed the third stage of construction – the ground-level construction, including the foundations and structural elements below ground level.

Ground-level construction is one of the key stages in the project implementation process, providing the foundation for the entire structure. This stage includes, among other things, the construction of footings and foundation slabs, foundation walls, damp-proofing and thermal insulation, as well as the preparation of the underground infrastructure. Proper execution of this work directly impacts the durability, safety, and performance of the building.
