Privacy Policy
In connection with the coming into force as of 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR), we hereby introduce the following Privacy Policy:

General Provisions
- Your personal data controller is Mostostal S.A., address: 00-217 Warsaw, ul. Konwiktorska 4, entered in the Register of Commercial Undertakings of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw under file number KRS 0000168537 (hereinafter the “Controller”).
- The Controller can be contacted by traditional mail sent to the address of 00-217 Warsaw ul. Konwiktorska 4, or by e-mail at: biuro@mostostal-sa.pl
- Personal data are protected in accordance with the requirements of the generally applicable laws, including the GDPR, and the data are stored on protected servers.
- We respect your right to privacy and are committed to the security of your personal data. To this end, we use, among other safeguards, the secure sockets layer (SSL) protocol. We have access controls in place to minimize the impact of a potential data security breach.
- We make every effort to take all reasonable physical, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.
- Personal data provided via the contact form on the website (e.g. full name, phone number and e-mail address) are treated as confidential and are not accessible by unauthorized persons.

Data Controller
- The provision of personal data is voluntary. The controller does not independently verify the veracity and accuracy of the data provided.
- We use personal data solely to send commercial information about our project and to undertake marketing activities – for as long as your consent to receive commercial content exists. Personal data may be transferred solely to our trusted partners for the purpose of sending commercial information on our behalf, or if we are required by applicable domestic, EU or international law regulations to retain data.
- Please remember that our trusted partners can only receive your personal data if we are confident that they care about your privacy and comply with the provisions of the GDPR. As the controller, we will make all efforts that these entities apply adequate security measures to secure your personal data.
- At any time, you can demand the Controller to provide access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data. The Controller may refuse to exercise the aforementioned rights if the Controller is subject to relevant obligations imposed in this regard by law.
- Irrespective of the aforementioned rights, you are entitled at any moment to object to the processing of your data. Upon receipt of your objection, we will cease processing your personal data.
- Personal data are processed only by the individuals authorized by us. We are committed to upholding the standards of personal data processing, so all persons processing your personal data have received appropriate training and information about GDPR regulations and the security standards implemented within our company.
- COOKIES: when you use our website, certain information is automatically collected through cookies. Cookies are text files stored on the user’s end device to support the functionality of the website. They contain mainly the name of the website where they originated, a unique identifier, and the duration of storage on the end device. The website operator, Mostostal S.A., places and accesses cookies on the user’s end device. It uses cookies to tailor the website’s content to individual user preferences and to generate statistics that help in learning about user preferences and behavior.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority (currently still GIODO) if you believe that the processing of your personal data breaches the provisions of law.
