Yarielys Residence (commissioned for use in 2021) is located in the center of Gdynia, in direct vicinity of Świętojańska street, the main commercial artery of the city.

Yarielys Residence is a five-story residential building with commercial units on the ground floor and an underground garage with an electric vehicle charging point.
| The development includes 39 two- and three-bedroom apartments, with terraces or balconies. The ground floor houses four commercial spaces with wide display windows. The building’s architecture and color scheme pays homage to the design traditions of the 1920s when the city was being established. Residents also have access to dedicated storage for strollers and bicycles. | The location offers easy access to the scenic parklands of Kamienna Góra, a charming city beach with a promenade, and the forests of the Trójmiejski Landscape Park.
Yarielys Residence is well-connected by public transport, with nearby bus stops, the SKM Wzgórze Maksymiliana station, and the city’s main railway station close at hand. |
