leading development companies in Poland, such as Dom Development, Develia, Panattoni,
and Nexity Polska. Her areas of expertise include operational management, development
strategy, and expansion processes in both residential and commercial property markets.
She graduated from the Cracow University of Technology with a degree in general construction. She also completed her studies in business management at the Helena Chodkowska University of Law, a postgraduate program in project management, and an MBA in leadership and coaching.
She values teamwork, open communication, and active engagement. She serves as a mentor in numerous development programs, supports young talent, and actively promotes education.

Director of the Execution Department, Member of the Management Board. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Building Services, Hydro and Environmental Engineering) and the University of Ecology and Management (Faculty of Management).
He has progressed through every stage of his professional career in the construction industry — from site engineer to Regional Director and ultimately Member of the Management Board.
He gained extensive experience over 19 years at WARBUD S.A., managing diverse investment projects for customers such as: Dom Development, Marvipol, Ronson, TK Development, GLOBE TRADE CENTER, the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, the Chancellery of the Sejm, the Saudi Arabia Embassy, the US Embassy, the University Hospital at Kraków-Prokocim and many others.
He successfully delivered residential buildings, hospitals, hotels, embassies, universities, government facilities, and schools.
